When you search and then look at a home, you can be assured that it is the most accurate and up-to-date information about the home because it comes directly from our local multiple listing service (MLS). Information-rich pages are displayed in a very attractive, uncluttered format.
A THOROUGH, PERSONALIZED SEARCH EXPERIENCE
You get your own personalized page which remembers your homes and searches. You sign up and provide a password and you have a place to keep track of your home search.
You can save all the homes that you have viewed and have an interest in viewing at a later time. That’s nice because you don’t have to keep putting in the address to search for it or remember the MLS number. A really nice feature is that you can do a comparison of your Saved Homes.
You can save your searches. Just enter the parameters of your search and click Save This Search. Then if you’d like you can have the site automatically send you an email alert when a new listing comes on the market that fits your parameters.
You can also add your notes to the homes that you Save.
