LISTING ACTIVITY CYCLE
One of the things that I am learning as an agent is the yearly activity cycle of the real estate market, its rhythm.
One of the joys of home ownership is the opportunity to improve your property. You can definitely make your life better by the improvements you make. But which improvements are of most benefit to you when you sell your home. Realtor.com came out with a list shown below:
2016 has been a year of big changes for me. A transition from teaching and coaching to selling real estate has been exciting. Life is too short to have never tried something new. I certainly miss the contact with the students and fellow teachers, but new relationships have emerged, and my life has been invigorated with the challenge of building a real estate business. I am grateful for all those who have encouraged me and supported me in this transition. I look forward to what God has in store for me and my family in 2017.

Summer is just about over. With August winding down we begin to see tell-tale signs of fall. Some leaves are starting to fall, the nights are cooler, darkness comes earlier, and the State Fair is attracting crowds in the cities.
